Founded in 2009 and based in Solsona, Feu Godoy Arquitectura is a studio that combines professional services, teaching and research in heritage restoration.
We carry out intervention projects on heritage, public facilities, housing, public spaces and landscape architecture, which are usually located in historically sensitive areas that are often in disrepair. Our work acknowledges the historical and heritage value of these sites, thus enabling them to recover their lost identity.
Anna Feu i Jordana
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from ETSAV (UPC) in 2004.
Graduate degree in Architectural Restoration: from Structural Construction Analysis to Intervention Technologies (FUPC).
Doctorate in Architectural Technology: Building Restoration and Rehabilitation (UPC) in 2017 with the doctoral thesis Les voltes de rajola doblada. Construcció i seguretat estructural de les esglésies barroques catalanes (Folded tiled domes. Construction and structural safety of Catalan Baroque churches), which was awarded a Cum Laude distinction.
Since 2021, she has been a member of the faculty at the International University of Catalonia (UIC), where she teaches the class “Interventions on Built Heritage”.
Carlos Godoy Bregotat
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from ETSAB (UPC) in 2007.
Graduate degree in Architectural Restoration: from Structural Construction Analysis to Intervention Technologies (FUPC).
Official Master’s Degree in Technology in Architecture: Building Restoration and Rehabilitation (UPC) in 2014, with an Honorary Distinction for his thesis Les torres de frontera del Llobregós: el conjunt monumental d’una xarxa defensiva (The defense towers along the Llobregós River: the monumental complex of a defense network).
Since 2018, he has been teaching two sessions in the MBArch Línia Rehabilitació i Restauració Arquitectònica Master’s Degree Programme: Interventions in Large Residential Complexes and Industrial Areas, at the Barcelona School of Architecture (ETSAB).
They are both members of the Association of Architects for Architectural Heritage Protection and Intervention (AADIPA) and regularly attend the International Conference on Architectural Heritage Intervention.
